Terms of Use

Draft: under legal review

This document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It applies during the invite-only Friends and Family Beta and may change before public launch. If we make a change that matters, we will tell you before it applies.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Antelic about your use of the Antelic app and this website. The company that will operate Antelic has not been formed yet. Its legal name and business address will be provided here before public launch. In these terms, “Antelic”, “we”, and “us” mean Antelic and the people who operate it during the beta.

By registering for or using Antelic, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain how we handle your information.

2. The Friends and Family Beta

Antelic is in an invite-only Friends and Family Beta, and you can register only with an invite code. Please do not post your invite code publicly.

The beta is a test of software that is still being built. Features may change, break, or be removed, the service may be unavailable at times, and we may end the beta. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. You can download your information at any time with Export my data in Settings.

There are no payments in the beta. Antelic does not charge you for anything.

3. Who can use Antelic

You must be 18 or older to use Antelic, and you confirm this when you register. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close the account and delete its information. Each account is for one person. Use Antelic for your own information, not to make decisions for anyone else.

4. Antelic is not medical care

  • Antelic is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace a licensed doctor or pharmacist.
  • AI explanations are for information only, and they can be wrong or incomplete. When Antelic has reviewed reference information about something you take, the app says so. Other information is labeled as not yet reviewed.
  • Antelic is in beta, and independent clinical review of its health content is still in progress.
  • Safety flags are limited. Antelic checks a set of fixed rules against the information you enter, and the absence of a flag never means something is safe.
  • If Antelic marks a result or combination as urgent, contact a healthcare provider promptly. The warning is not a diagnosis.
  • Confirm any change to what you take, especially prescriptions, with your doctor or pharmacist. Never start, stop, or change a prescription because of something in the app.
  • In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not use Antelic to decide whether a symptom is urgent.

5. Your account

  • Give accurate information. What Antelic shows depends on what you enter.
  • Review the details Antelic’s AI reads from your files before you save them.
  • Keep your password private. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.

6. Your information

You own the information you put into Antelic. You allow us to store, process, and display it, and to send it to our service providers, only to provide Antelic to you, as our Privacy Policy describes. You can delete it at any time. Only upload documents about yourself.

We do not use your information to train AI models or for research. Any such use would require your separate opt-in, which you could withdraw at any time. That option is turned off during the beta.

7. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • use Antelic to break the law;
  • try to access another person’s account or information;
  • interfere with Antelic, overload it, or get around its limits or security;
  • copy, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer Antelic, except where the law allows it; or
  • upload anything harmful, such as malware.

8. Antelic’s content

Antelic’s software, design, and reference content belong to Antelic or to the people we license them from. You may use them only to use Antelic for yourself.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Antelic and delete your account at any time with Delete account in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we may end the beta. If we end the beta, we will try to give you notice and time to download your information.

10. No warranties

Antelic is provided as it is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, and we do not promise that Antelic will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

11. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Antelic and the people who operate it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on what Antelic shows you.

12. Governing law and disputes

The law that governs these terms, and how any dispute will be resolved, will be set out here before public launch.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you by email or in the app before the change applies.
